Course Objective

In relation to the relationship of the person's goods to the Law of Property course in which the relationship is dealt with,

Course Content

With the concept of flat ownership , which is regulated by a special law, the concept of construction servitude and real rights other than ownership, namely limited real rights, will be emphasized

Course Learning Outcomes

  1. Student will be able to master basic principles and concepts which are the essence of Law of Property. Student has information about subjects such as possession, land registry, ownership, limited real rights.
  2. Students have information about the The courts decisions made on these matters
