Course Objective

The student is to have detailed knowledge about basic concepts, rules and principles of Law of Property.

Course Content

The purpose of article law, its scope and subjects, the definition, elements, functions, types and possibilities of possession and loss of the concept of possession, definition, nature, functions, keeping of title register; In general, the same rights, types, property rights, acquisition, loss, types of property right, movable-immovable ownership, joint-ownership issues will be analyzed in detail.

Course Learning Outcomes

  1. Have detailed information about basic concepts and principles of law of property
  2. The student will have the basic concepts, rules and theoretical knowledge in the field of property law
