Course Objective

In the context of the general principles of mass communication law, the necessary examinations in terms of written, visual and audio media and the protection of copyrights within the general principles of internet law; It is aimed to address all these issues in terms of criminal law.

Course Content

While examining the constitutional and legal normative foundations of mass communication law and legal regulations related to written, audio / visual and electronic press activities, the main content of the course is given special attention to the determination of legal and criminal responsibility arising from internet broadcasts.

Course Learning Outcomes

  1. Students who take this course gain the basic formation required to undertake different duties in the mass communication sector, as well as basic legal duties such as judge, prosecutor and lawyer in the fields related to mass communication activities.
  2. Report the problems encountered in the field of mass media law and question the ideas put forward for the solution of these problems.
  3. Interprets the problems arising in mass media and changes in legislation.
