Course Objective
To be able to explain the autonomous supreme boards equipped with the authority of regulation, control and enforcement in sensitive areas of social life.
Course Content
To Examine legal structure, duties and powers of independent administrative authorities, their constitutional positions, transactions, and judicial control mechanism of their transactions.
