Course Objective
In this course, in the light of the general provisions of the Turkish Penal Code, it is aimed to examine the types of crimes committed against persons in the special provisions section of the law on the basis of judicial decisions.
Course Content
In this course, crimes against life, crimes against body immunity, crimes against honor, crimes against property, material, spiritual, unlawful elements, qualified states and special appearance forms are examined.
Course Learning Outcomes
- At the end of this course, the student will be able to show the differences between crime types.
- The student explains the characteristics of crime types and gives examples.
