Course Objective
The aim is to give students a thinking model which facilitates the analyse of the negative points of law together with positive law. The other is to give students the theme of law in its history which is the base of the law culture.
Course Content
It contains the source of law history, Islamic law, Ottoman law and process of the adoption of modern turkish law.
Course Learning Outcomes
- Defines the probleme of source in the history of law
- Learns the theme and parties of history of law.
- Evaluates Ottoman Law in Tanzimat and its evaluation.
- Learns developement of turkish law after Tanzimat.
