Course Objective
In this course the following topics will be examined: The historical development of criminal law, Implementation of the rules of crimal law in terms of time, place and person, Restitution of criminals, elements of crime, Special appearance shapes of crime, concept of punishment, purpose and types of punishment, security measures, results of criminal convictions.
