Course Objective

The aim of this course is to give information about the fundamental notions and institutions of Constitutional Law.

Course Content

The course includes the notion of constitution, making and amendment of constitution, separation of powers, state, forms of government, democracy, state of law, human rights and jurisprudence.

Course Learning Outcomes

  1. Students analyze the Constitution and the different types of constitutions.
  2. Students learn the notion of state and different types of state.
  3. Students identify the government and discuss the government systems.
  4. Students interpret the political parties and electoral systems.
