Course Objective
This course aims to enable undergraduate psychology students to apply their theoretical knowledge in real-world professional settings and to develop their professional identity. Through direct observation and hands-on experience across multiple practice areas — including clinical, educational, and rehabilitation settings — students will develop a comprehensive understanding of the ethical, legal, and applied dimensions of the profession.
Course Content
Introduction to internship settings and professional orientation, ethical principles and legal regulations of the psychology profession, case observation and reporting in clinical settings, psychoeducation and assessment practices in school psychology, individual and group work in rehabilitation settings, supervision processes and reflective practice, linking weekly practice, experiences to theoretical frameworks, professional transformation and identity development
