Course Objective
This course aims to provide an in-depth exploration of key topics and research findings in Social Psychology, building upon the foundations established in PSK 213. The course will cover areas such as conformity, group processes, interpersonal attraction, prosocial behavior, aggression, prejudice, sustainability, health, law, and family. Through the examination of these topics, students will gain a comprehensive understanding of the key theories and research findings in the field, as well as their real-world applications in various social contexts.
Course Content
Conformity, group processes, interpersonal attraction, prosocial behavior, aggression, prejudice, sustainability, health, law, and family topics will be covered.

Evaluation Criteria: Midterm: 40%, Final: 60%.

Midterm and Final Exams: The examination will encompass the subjects covered in the textbook, concepts elucidated by the instructor during class sessions, lecture slides, and supplementary readings. The final examination will comprehensively assess all topics taught throughout the entire semester.
Rules
Recording audio or video during the class is prohibited. In the context of Article 5 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("Law"), in the event of harm arising from unlawful data processing within the scope of the Law, there is a right to request compensation within the framework of the laws.
Class Participation: Meaningful contribution (thoughtful, relevant, critical comments) to class discussions is expected. While being an active participant in class is at the students' discretion, active participation in class is recommended for reinforcing the topics covered.
Students are required to be present in the classroom during class hours. Students who are not present in the classroom when attendance is taken will be marked as 'ABSENT' for that hour on the attendance form. Students arriving late to class after attendance has been taken will not be able to sign for the hour they missed.
According to school policy, students must attend a minimum of 70% of the classes. Students have a 30% allowance for absences due to illness and compelling personal circumstances. Students with attendance below 70% will not be allowed to take the final and makeup exams.
