Course Objective
The aim of this course is to inform them about the basic concepts of logistics management process in health institutions and to develop their skills.
Course Content
The basic concepts of logistics management in healthcare institutions, its scope, internal-external stakeholder management, distribution channels, costs, storage, stock management and management issues constitute the content of this course

- To have knowledge about the basic concepts of logistics management in health institutions
- The students have knowledge about in health institutions within the framework of basic logistics activities, stock management, the importance of external-internal stakeholders in logistics management
- Will be able to explain the importance of packaging, handling and transportation in logistics activities in health institutions
- To be able to make effective and efficient decisions about the issues in logistics applications in health institutions
- Defines, analyzes and provides solutions to problems related to the field of expertise.
- Have knowledge about the importance of marketing and distribution in logistics activities in health institutions
- Will be able to distinguish the importance of logistics activities and supply chain management in health institutions
- Will have the basic knowledge of logistics information management process in health institutions within the framework of logistics information management
- Have knowledge about the basic concepts and applications of outsourcing in logistics management in health institutions
