Course Objective

To provide health management students with the knowledge and skills to be quality, effective and efficient researchers in their research in the field of health.

Course Content

It includes scientific research methods, processes, information systems used, analysis methods, and scientific publication processes.

Course Learning Outcomes

  1. Defines the basic principles and concepts of science and scientific research.
  2. Becomes aware of scientific research strategies, methods and techniques.
  3. Comprehends the strategies of searching and finding information and its sources required for scientific research; recognize types of information organization and information source.
  4. Access the information required for scientific research quickly, effectively and efficiently.
  5. Uses knowledge effectively, individually or as a member of a group, to achieve a particular goal; prepares for use and shares.
  6. Understands many of the economic, legal and social issues surrounding information use, accesses information ethically and legally, and uses it ethically and legally.
