Course Objective

Gaining the necessary knowledge and ability to apply HRM functions.

Course Content

This will address issues related to the HR function such as the emergence of human resource management, business analysis, HR planning, HR provision and selection, training and development.

Course Learning Outcomes

  1. Analyzes legal regulations related to trade unions, labor law, occupational health and safety, and personnel files, and discusses their implications for healthcare organizations.
  2. Explains the fundamental objectives and scope of human resources management and its strategic importance in healthcare organizations.
  3. Compares job analysis and job evaluation methods (such as the point method, classification method, etc.) and applies them in the context of healthcare organizations.
  4. Analyzes human resource planning, employee turnover rates, and labor supply–demand calculations, and solves quantitative problems.
  5. Will be able to explain the concepts of human resources and personnel and human resources management.
  6. Evaluates recruitment and selection processes, the use of internal and external sources, and their organizational outcomes.
  7. Interprets compensation, performance appraisal, and career management practices within the framework of fairness, equity, and efficiency principles.
  8. Will be able to analyze the concepts that are effective in Human Resources Management.
