Course Objective
This course aims to provide students with the concepsts of Law of Obligation and its sources and execution of debt and The results of nonpayment
Course Content
General information about Law of Obligations, resources of obligation and contracts, formation of the contract and its elements, damage and determination of loss, unjust enrichment, results for non-performance of obligations, convention and the claims and debt transfer are taught.

Course Learning Outcomes
- Define the concept of of contract, the end of debt, the rights and obligations of debtor and creditor
- Define the concept of debt and distinguish its sources
- Analyzes with concrete examples how to use the information of contract law in pratice.
- Analyze and resolve the consequences of the payment and non-payment of debts
- Explain concepts of torts and unjust enrichment with examples
