Course Objective
To develop the knowledge, skills, behavior and working habits that students have gained during their education, the skills and experience required in laboratory, production line, quality control, management and organization practices, to understand their responsibilities, relationships, organization, production and application processes and new skills in the workplace where they will work. To ensure that they become familiar with the food technologies.
Course Content
Students have the opportunity to apply their knowledge in public or private organizations in line with the courses they have taken, and to be able to apply production and service processes in the workplace. Engineering practices, Innovation, Project development and management, New system and product design, R&D and technology management, Business planning and commercialization, Legislation and labeling, Technology foresight and forecasting, Technology evaluation, Business process analysis principles, Business and management principles, Work safety. Having minimum proficiency in communication and laboratory applications in business life.
