Course Objective

The aim of this course is to provide the students with the knowledge and skills of project development and project management.

Course Content

Concepts related to the project and its components; definition and function of the project; project cycle management; problem analysis; selection of the project subject; screening of literature; the goal of the project; the method to be used in the project; the original value of the project; data collection tools; project work and timeline; project management software; budget of the project; risk plans; common impact in projects; project team; invited projects; national projects (TUBITAK, SPO, National Development Agencies, Ministries, etc.); international projects (EU, etc.); create an original project proposal.
