The Entrepreneur Training through On-the-Job Training, Productivity and Market Research Centre Project aims to disseminate and enhance the quality of entrepreneurship culture by delivering entrepreneurship training to four separate participant groups and subsequently, together with groups selected from among these, conducting productivity studies at firms located in our region and carrying out the market research these firms require. In this way, participants will take part in work involving the acquisition of entrepreneurial knowledge and skills — one of the core aims of applied entrepreneurship training — the direct examination of enterprises, and the identification of their problems and the development of solutions together with the consultants on the project team, thereby becoming familiar with entrepreneurship. In addition, this study will enable our SME entrepreneurs to access consultancy/mentoring and market research services.
