Palestine

This book brings together academic studies examining the Palestinian question from the perspectives of apartheid, settler colonialism, human rights and international law. Prepared on the basis of papers presented at the 2021 CIGA International Palestine Conference, the volume examines topics including the Nakba, the Palestinian right of return, Jerusalem, the blockade of Gaza, settlements in the West Bank, US foreign policy, the role of the media and academia, the struggle of Palestinian women, economic resistance, normalisation policies, and international solidarity with Palestine. In addition to historical and contemporary analyses of the Palestinian issue, the book also discusses possible political and social approaches to its resolution in the future.
