IZU ACADEMIC GOLF COURSE WAS OPENED
Inauguration of the academic golf course, Chairman of the Board of Trustees. Dr. Ramazan Evren, Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Bulut, Küçükçekmece District Governor Harun Kaya, Küçükçekmece Mayor Temel Karadeniz, Ziraat Participation Bank General Director Metin Özdemir and many guests attended.
The guests who made the official opening when cutting the opening ribbon then went to the golf course. The guests realized the first shots in the İZU academic golf field and got information about the facility from the authorities.
The mini golf course, which is built on an area of approximately 2,500 square meters, consists of 18 tracks. In the academic mini-golf course carrying the first of its kind among private universities in Turkey, 350 square meter area and a putting green and driving range thousand square meters area is located. Golf course located on the campus of Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University, it also includes a footbath and a lawn chaser.

Breast Cancer Awareness Month events were hosted in IZU
The instructors and students of İstanbul Sabahattin Zaim University Nursing Department released pink balloons to the sky for the breast cancer awareness month. The Historical Building were illuminated by pink lights as support for raising awareness. Cancer is leading reason of death in the world while breast cancer comes as the first result of death for women.
