Participants are required to attend the lessons and activities provided throughout the mediation training unless they have a valid, documented excuse accepted by the training institution. The training institution keeps a record showing candidates' attendance, and those who fail to attend 1/12 of the lessons are removed from the training program.

  • Photocopy of national ID card (front side)
  • Document evidencing five years of seniority
  • Law faculty graduates with at least five years of professional seniority may attend the Mediation Training Certificate Program. Candidates wishing to attend the training must be able to meet the requirement of five years of professional seniority. A law faculty degree together with five years of seniority in any profession is sufficient to meet this requirement. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that the application conditions are met.
  • No FEE refunds are possible once the groups have been approved by the Department of Mediation.
  • IZUSEM reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary during the announcement and implementation stages of its programmes.
  • As the quota for the programme in question is limited, no refund will be made to participants who have been granted final registration by IZUSEM and have paid the programme fee, regardless of whether they attend the programme, except for those who submit a written application to IZUSEM stating that they will be unable to attend at least 2 weeks before the programme's start date (and before the programme has been approved by the relevant department).
  • Weekday and weekend training groups will be determined according to the number of participants during the final registration period.
