The main aim of this training is to help spiritual counsellors, guides and professionals working in education to conduct higher-quality, more participatory and more in-depth guidance processes in their individual and group work. The training has been designed for spiritual counsellors and guides, educators and all participants who wish to develop themselves in these fields. By the end of the training, participants will be equipped to use the P4C method effectively in spiritual development, values education, youth work and guidance processes.
The Certified Training Programme on P4C Practices in Spiritual Counselling and Guidance is a practice-based training that examines how the P4C (Philosophy for Children / Philosophy for Community) method can be used effectively and functionally in spiritual counselling processes. On the programme, participants will develop skills in asking questions, searching for meaning, recognising values, critical and creative thinking, active listening, creating a safe group environment and conducting in-depth dialogue. Through the P4C method, individuals are supported not only in their cognitive development but also in their spiritual awareness, inner questioning and self-knowledge. Throughout the training, practical sessions will be held based on stories, concepts and life experiences.
