To teach participants the building energy simulation method for measuring, evaluating and reporting energy efficiency at the building design stage.
Practical exercises for the early design stage of a building will be carried out using energy-efficient passive design methods within the Energy Plus software. Heating and cooling load calculations based on passive factors and daylighting analyses of a building will be covered within the training program.

Participants who successfully complete the program are entitled to receive a certificate approved by the Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University Continuing Education Center and by e-Government.
An 80% attendance requirement must be met during the training.

- This training is delivered using the "Synchronous Distance Learning" method.
- Our synchronous distance learning sessions are held via the "Zoom" application.
- Participants must have the "Zoom" application installed on their devices in order to attend this training.
- It is the PARTICIPANT's responsibility to provide and maintain all the computer and internet communication equipment required to access and/or use İZÜSEM Synchronous Distance Learning via the Zoom application.

- Should the competent government authorities declare curfews or similar measures due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the announced programme schedules may be subject to change.
- IZUSEM reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary during the announcement and implementation stages of its programmes.
- As the quota for the programme in question is limited, no refund will be made to participants who have been granted final registration by IZUSEM and have paid the programme fee, regardless of whether they attend the programme, except for those who submit a written application to IZUSEM stating that they will be unable to attend at least 2 weeks before the programme's start date.
- Weekday and weekend training groups will be determined according to the number of participants during the final registration period.
