This is a programme open to mothers, fathers and teachers who wish to support students through their development, and to guide them in their school life and in their relationships with family, teachers and friends, as well as to anyone who wishes to practise student coaching professionally. At the end of this programme, participants will be able to identify their children's or students' aptitudes and areas of ability at an earlier stage and accompany them as they progress in the fields in which they will succeed.

Participants who successfully complete the program earn a certificate approved by the Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University Continuing Education Center.
Participants who score 75 points or above in the examination held at the end of the training will be entitled to receive a “Training Certificate”.
An 80% attendance requirement must be met during the training.

- Discounts are available, subject to quota, for IZU staff, alumni and students.
- Should the competent government authorities declare curfews or similar measures due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the announced programme schedules may be subject to change.
- IZUSEM reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary during the announcement and implementation stages of its programmes.
- As the quota for the programme in question is limited, no refund will be made to participants who have been granted final registration by IZUSEM and have paid the programme fee, regardless of whether they attend the programme, except for those who submit a written application to IZUSEM stating that they will be unable to attend at least 2 weeks before the programme's start date.
- Weekday and weekend training groups will be determined according to the number of participants during the final registration period.
