On the screen that opens, you can select the training you want under APPLICATION FORMS in the left panel and create your REGISTRATION.
- The legal basis of traffic expert witnessing and its place in legislation
- Basic concepts under the Highway Traffic Law and its Regulation
- Definition and types of traffic accidents and legal liabilities
(negligence, conscious negligence, possible intent, intent) - Examination of the legal provisions affecting traffic accidents
- Assessment of traffic accidents according to how they occurred
- Junction accidents and special circumstances
- Motorcycle, pedestrian, passenger and heavy vehicle accidents
- Types of tachograph and record analysis
- Speed determination methods (skid marks, camera footage, etc.)
- Assessment of accidents involving drunk drivers
- Identification and analysis of traces and evidence at the accident scene
- Examination of the traffic accident report and sketch
- Accident scene photography and measurement techniques
- Fault assessment based on the evidence in the case file
- Preparing the expert witness report and reporting according to type of court
- Analysis of sample Court of Cassation rulings and real accident footage
- Review of sample expert witness reports prepared by participants

At the end of the program, participants will be awarded a "Certificate" approved by Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University.
Our participants are able to access their certificates via e-Government.
An 80% attendance requirement must be met during the training.

- The training will be delivered online via the Zoom platform.
- The discounted rate for students is limited by the available quota.
- IZUSEM reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary during the announcement and implementation stages of its programmes.
- Places on the training programme are limited. Once participants have made their payment, IZUSEM will grant them final registration, and no refunds will be made unless participants apply in writing at least 2 weeks before the programme start date.
