The training consists of a total of 6 days. Delivered online via the Mediation Department's Training Management System (ARASİS), it will be conducted in accordance with the procedures and principles set out by the Mediation Department. Candidates who register will be informed about the online training process by e-mail.

At the end of the program, participants are entitled to receive a certificate approved by Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University.
The attendance requirement is tracked automatically via ARASİS. Candidates who register will be informed about the online system.

- The Mediation Department of the Ministry of Justice approves trainings in several sub-specialisation areas at the same time. If the training programme you apply for overlaps with another training programme running at the same time, regardless of its duration, you will be removed from the system by ARASİS. Please bear this in mind when applying, or consider applying for programmes scheduled at a later date.
- This training is delivered by the "Synchronous Distance Learning" method via the Mediation Department's Training Management System (ARASİS).
- The ARASİS user guide will be shared with registered participants before the training.
- Discounts are available, subject to quota, for IZU staff, alumni and students.
- No FEE refunds are possible once the groups have been approved by the Department of Mediation.
- Should the competent government authorities declare curfews or similar measures due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the announced programme schedules may be subject to change.
- IZUSEM reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary during the announcement and implementation stages of its programmes.
- As the quota for the programme in question is limited, no refund will be made to participants who have been granted final registration by IZUSEM and have paid the programme fee, regardless of whether they attend the programme, except for those who submit a written application to IZUSEM stating that they will be unable to attend at least 2 weeks before the programme's start date (and before the programme has been approved by the relevant department).
- Weekday and weekend training groups will be determined according to the number of participants during the final registration period
