Registration and contact:
At the end of the program, participants are entitled to receive a certificate approved by Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University.
Training institutions keep a record showing candidates' attendance, and those who fail to attend 1/12 of the classes are dismissed from the training programme.

- The theoretical modules of this training are delivered using the "Synchronous Distance Learning" method via the Department of Mediation Training Management System (ARASİS).
- Once the groups have been approved by the Mediation Department, no FEE refund is possible.
- IZUSEM reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary during the announcement and implementation stages of its programmes.
- As the quota for the programme in question is limited, no refund will be made to participants who have been granted final registration by IZUSEM and have paid the programme fee, regardless of whether they attend the programme, except for those who submit a written application to IZUSEM stating that they will be unable to attend at least 2 weeks before the programme's start date (and before the programme has been approved by the relevant department).
- Weekday and weekend training groups will be determined according to the number of participants during the final registration period.
