Participants who successfully complete the programme will be awarded a Certificate in Labour and Social Security Expertise in Human Resources by the Continuing Education Centre of Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University.
An attendance rate of 80% must be met in certificate training programs.

- This training is delivered in cooperation with IZUSEM & Mehmet Koçak Danışmanlık.
- IZUSEM reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary during the announcement and implementation stages of its programmes.
- As the quota for the programme in question is limited, no refund will be made to participants who have been granted final registration by IZUSEM and have paid the programme fee, regardless of whether they attend the programme, except for those who submit a written application to IZUSEM stating that they will be unable to attend at least 2 weeks before the programme's start date.
- Weekday and weekend training groups will be determined according to the number of participants during the final registration period.
