09:00 - 18:00
The training is designed for university students and individuals from every professional background, with or without sector experience, who are interested in project management, wish to gain a general understanding of the field, and prefer practice-based training and learning by doing rather than purely theoretical instruction.
Project management is an important concept that stretches from the past to the present and whose value will continue to grow in the future. The only way for companies, institutions and/or organisations to increase their value and establish a sustainable structure is to develop projects and to succeed in them.
The aim of this training is to explain the methods required to complete a project successfully, to give participants an idea of how a project should be approached, and, in doing so, to let them experience the difficulties they are likely to encounter through worked examples.
The theoretical knowledge required for project management is presented in summary form, with the aim of having participants understand the concept and philosophy of project management largely through hands-on exercises.
This training has been prepared in accordance with the project management body of knowledge guide produced and published by PMI (Project Management Institute), the world's leading provider of project management certification.
