Minimum Requirements
To take part in the activity, students must first meet the following minimum requirements:
- The student must be enrolled as a full-time student in a higher education programme at our university at bachelor's, master's or doctoral level,
- Akademik not ortalaması şartını sağlayan öğrenciler,
- a) Undergraduate students must have a cumulative grade point average of at least 2.20/4.00,
- b) Master's and doctoral students must have a cumulative grade point average of at least 2.50/4.00,
- The student must have a sufficient ECTS credit load for study mobility
- If the student has already benefited from higher education mobility activities within the current level of study during the Erasmus+ and Lifelong Learning (LLP) periods, the total duration including the new activity must not exceed 12 months,
Ineligible Applications
Once all applications have been received, an eligibility check is carried out. Ineligible applications are as follows.
- Those who are not full-time students (students with a course load of less than the 30 ECTS they are required to take in one academic semester, students taking only 1 or 2 courses, or students about to graduate.)
- Students enrolled in undergraduate programmes who do not yet have a grade point average,
- Students who are expected to be in their first year during the mobility period,
- Students whose programme of study has no Erasmus agreement,
- Students who have already benefited from higher education mobility activities (study or traineeship) within the current level of study during the Erasmus+ and Lifelong Learning (LLP) periods and whose total duration including the new activity is expected to exceed 12 months,
