Only students who are in graduate status at the time of application in the 2021-2022 academic year may apply for the Recent Graduate Traineeship Mobility announcement.
The grant support provided to participants selected for Erasmus+ Traineeship Mobility has been limited to a maximum of 65 days so that more students can benefit from the activity.
The activity must last at least 60 days.
Who Can Apply?
Only students who are in graduate status at the time of application in the 2021-2022 academic year may apply for the Recent Graduate Traineeship Mobility announcement.
Applications must be made via the Presidency's Career Gateway page at https://portal.ua.gov.tr/, by selecting the relevant announcement for which our university has issued a call from the announcements section.

For Erasmus+ Traineeship Mobility, a letter/statement of acceptance obtained from a company abroad must be uploaded to the application form. Only candidates with a letter/statement of acceptance will be evaluated.

Points to Consider When Applying
- 1-Please contact the Erasmus Institutional Coordination Office regarding any problems that may arise during the application. (An e-mail should be sent to erasmus@izu.edu.tr.)
- 2-Applications will be made online. The "Documents Required for Application" and "How to Apply" pages must be read carefully. A letter of acceptance is required for traineeship mobility.
- 3-If you do not wish to sit the Erasmus+ English Language Proficiency Exam organised by the Foreign Languages Coordination Office, the option "I do not wish to take the University Erasmus+ Language Proficiency Exam" must be selected in the application.
- Dil Sınavına girmek istemeyen öğrenciler;
- If you have a language exam result document (result documents for the TOEFL-IBT, TOEFL-CBT, TOEFL-PBT, YDS, YÖKDİL and IELTS exams recognised as equivalent by the University must be uploaded to the system. (YDS and YÖKDİL certificates will be assessed subject to a validity period of 5 years. The validity period for other language proficiency certificates is 2 years.) When uploading the relevant language documents to the system, the verification codes must be visible. Candidates without a language exam certificate must select "I wish to take the Erasmus+ Language Proficiency Exam."
- Students wishing to apply with their IZU Preparatory School Completion Grade must correctly enter their "B2" level preparatory school completion grade into the system and upload a currently dated electronically signed transcript showing the "B2" level preparatory school completion grade. A "C1" preparatory school completion grade cannot be accepted.

- 4-A currently dated electronically signed transcript must be requested from the Student Affairs Office and uploaded to the application system as a PDF.
- 5-The withdrawal dates for students selected as principal candidates are 8-13 July 2022. Students who do not exercise their right to withdraw within these dates and withdraw on a different date will have -10 points deducted in the next application period. Students wishing to withdraw must come to the Erasmus Institutional Coordination Office between 8-13 July 2022 and withdraw by means of a written petition.
