(The originals of these documents must later be submitted to the Erasmus Institutional Coordination Office.)
- An electronically signed transcript showing the student's cumulative grade point average, obtained from the Department of Student Affairs via the Campus Information System (KBS), must be uploaded at the time of application.

Points to Consider When Applying

- If a Language Exam Result document is available, the exam result documents must be uploaded to the system. (Assessments will be made taking into account the 5-year validity requirement for YDS and YÖKDİL certificates. The validity period of other exam proficiency certificates is 2 years. When uploading the relevant language certificates to the system, they must be uploaded so that the verification codes are visible. Candidates without a language exam certificate must select the option "I would like to take the Erasmus+ Language Proficiency Exam."
- Students who wish to apply with an İZÜ Preparatory School Completion Grade or the İZÜ Preparatory School Exemption Exam must correctly enter their "B2" level grade into the system and upload a recently dated electronically signed transcript showing their "B2" level grade. A "C1" Preparatory School Completion grade will not be accepted.

- A recently dated electronically signed transcript must be requested through the Campus Information System and uploaded to the application system as a PDF.
- After the application dates end, no changes can be made to University preferences, other than the 3 preferences made, without force majeure. Placement will be determined according to your preferences, the quota and the availability of the host institution.
- If you also apply for Summer Term Traineeship mobility within the same application period, and you are selected for both mobility types, you must indicate during the application which mobility type you wish the -10 point deduction to be applied to.
- The withdrawal dates for students selected as principal candidates are 8 November – 2 December 2024.
