Course Content
This course introduces the principles and processes of risk management in industrial engineering. It focuses on identifying, analyzing, and mitigating various types of risks, including enterprise and operational risks. Students will learn key risk analysis tools, decision-making techniques, and business continuity strategies while developing practical skills through projects and case studies.
