About the Program
It consists of ten courses (3 hours per week) and master's project work (Total 90 ECTS). The normal duration of this program is 2 semesters, the maximum duration is 3 semesters.
Program Objectives & Goals
Objectives
- To give graduates who are fully familiar with the theory and practice of Turkish public law, familiar with international practices, and who have a multidisciplinary perspective.
- The mission of our university is to raise expert lawyers who absorb the values of our civilization, produce science, serve humanity, be equipped, shape the future, do not compromise the mission of raising virtuous and leading people, and who are compromising, entrepreneurial and competent in their subjects. The Master's program is designed to provide graduates who will specialize in various sub-branches of public law with a competence that will contribute to the development of law in their field.

Degree and Level Awarded
After successfully completing the program and fulfilling the program qualifications, a master's degree in Public Law (without Thesis) is obtained.
Admission Requirements
-To be a graduate of the Faculty of Law,
-ALES score requirement is not required.
-The courses of this program are given at Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University Halkalı campus.
Graduation Requirements
It consists of ten courses of thirty hours and graduate project work.
Students who successfully complete their credit courses and term project and have a cumulative grade point average of 2.50 and above are awarded a master's degree without thesis.
Recognition of Prior Learning
Students who have completed at least one semester in a graduate program at the university or another higher education institution can be admitted to the graduate programs of the University through undergraduate transfer within the framework of the relevant legislation and the principles determined by the institute board of directors.
The principles regarding the transition between thesis and non-thesis graduate programs are determined by the institute board of directors.
Employment Opportunities
Program graduates have the opportunity to work in the public and private sectors.
Access to Further Studies
In case of graduation from non-thesis programs, the right to apply to programs with thesis can be obtained.
