Course Objective
The aim of this course is to understand the importance of innovative thinking and practices in sports management and to increase students' skills in developing innovative solutions in sports organizations by examining technological developments, digital transformation, innovation strategies and practices.
Course Content
The concept and importance of innovation, innovation in sports management, digital technologies and sports, data analytics and artificial intelligence applications, customer experience and digital marketing, sustainable innovation, sports entrepreneurship, innovative leadership, innovation management tools, case studies and trend analyses.
