Course Learning Outcomes
- They can make a general evaluation of the multidisciplinary study areas of sports sciences and its relationship with engineering and technology, and develop new methods according to the engineering branch.
- Discuss the ethics/judgement surrounding the role of technology in modern sport and provide a balanced analysis of how technology affects sports performance.
- They can critically evaluate the ways in which technology has changed the way sport and exercise are monitored and marketed.
- It is expected that the importance of engineering knowledge and technological applications will be understood in terms of innovation in sports.
