Course Objective
Teaching tourism and related concepts, the relationship between sports and tourism, the concept of sports tourism, its characteristics, the profile of sports tourists, the economic, sociocultural, environmental and health effects of sports tourism, and supporting active learning with research on current sports tourism practices.
Course Content
Although this is a theoretical course, students will be encouraged to participate in discussions and will be actively introduced to the sector and its practices by conducting research on tourism sports.
