Course Objective

The aim is to teach the history of Wushu self-defense sport, competition rules and Wushu teaching steps, to enable students to analyze the technical applications of basic movements and to provide the knowledge and skills to prepare branch-specific exercises.

Course Content

To provide knowledge, attitude and skills regarding Wushu self-defense sport and to provide training/consultancy for its use.

  1. Explains the historical development of Wushu sport.
  2. Explains the basic concepts of Wushu sport.
  3. Knows the rules of the game of Wushu sport.
  4. Analyzes the application of movements specific to the Wushu branch from a technical perspective.
  5. Prepares appropriate studies for the Wushu branch.
