Course Objective

The aim of this course is to provide students with the basic techniques, tactics and rules of squash; to develop their playing skills and increase their physical fitness.

Course Content

Introduction to the sport of squash, basic rules, racket grip techniques, forehand and backhand strokes, serves and returns, basic footwork, court usage, introduction to game strategies and simple match practices.
