Course Objective

The aim of lesson; The aim is to provide students with the skills to perform choreography using rhythmic gymnastics equipment.

Course Content

Content of the course: Introduction of the rhythmic gymnastics branch and its history, Branch rules, Classification of body movements, Special training methods, Branch-specific warm-up methods, Jump exercises, Balance and coordination exercises, Strength exercises, Flexibility exercises, Rope techniques, Hoop techniques, Pivot exercises, It includes music knowledge, Rhythm studies, Music selections, Choreography studies.
