Course Objective
The aim of the course is to give students; To provide students with the ability to apply basic pilates techniques.
Course Content
The content of the course covers the following topics: Hall rules, standards of the pilates hall and other facilities, standards of the materials used, physical differences between pilates and other branches, breathing exercises, whole body health and unity, pilates movement principles, ideal posture, pilates movement technique.
