Course Objective

The aim is to teach the history of Muay Thai self-defense sport, competition rules and Muay Thai teaching steps, to enable students to analyze the technical applications of basic movements and to provide the knowledge and skills to prepare branch-specific exercises.

Teaching basic skills and teaching techniques related to Muay Thai.
