Course Objective

The objective of this course is to teach students the history, basic techniques, safety rules, and balance skills of canoeing. It also aims to help students understand the physical, technical, and psychological aspects of canoeing as an outdoor sport and develop their individual and teamwork skills.

Course Content

The history of canoeing, basic techniques, equipment knowledge, and safety rules are taught. Balance, directional change, endurance, and teamwork skills are developed through hands-on practice.

  1. Defines the basic terms used in maritime.
