Course Objective

In this course, our students are taught the content, techniques and applications of Kickboxing.

Course Content

It uses the basic styles of Kickboxing. It defines the function, aims and philosophy of Kickboxing. It uses the scientific development of Kickboxing and its relationship with other branches of science in an interconnected manner.

Course Learning Outcomes

  1. Defines the basic concepts of teaching methods used in kickboxing.
  2. Explains the teaching steps of kickboxing techniques.
  3. Analyzes the application of movements specific to kickboxing from a technical perspective.
  4. Knows the defense and striking technique combinations of kickboxing.
