Course Objective
The aim of lesson; The aim is to provide students with the skills to apply basic techniques performed with hands, feet and elbows specific to the karate-do branch.
Course Content
The content of the course covers the history of Karate-do, competition rules, Te – Waza, Uke – Waza techniques, Ashi – Waza technique, Empi-Waza technique, application forms of colored belts, Kumite technique.
