Course Objective

To provide basic knowledge and skills related to Judo, the birth and historical development of Judo; the clothing used in Judo and the dimensions of the competition area.

Course Content

Teaching basic techniques, both theoretically and practically. Learning judo competition rules, belt colors, field information, and referee rules.
