Course Objective

The aim of the course is to provide students with the skills to apply different techniques specific to the sport of wrestling in pair work.

Course Content

The content of the course covers the definitions and concepts related to wrestling, the historical development of wrestling, wrestling competition rules and wrestling game techniques.
