Course Objective

Our goal is to introduce the sport and teach the fundamental knowledge and skills needed to develop fundamental playing skills. We also provide information on current techniques.

Course Content

History, development and general rules of ice hockey, general information about ice hockey and equipment, free guard zone rule, player rankings and responsibilities.
