Course Objective
The aim of the course is to introduce the basic concepts and principles of behavioral sciences and to teach the processes that influence the behavior of individuals working in organizations.
Course Content
Definition of behavioral sciences, methods in behavioral sciences, normal and defensive behaviors, social institutions and behavior, definition of culture and cultural changes, mass culture and its behavioral effects.
