Course Objective
To equip students with the knowledge of individual and collective labor law, which is the basis of employment relations, and to inform them about the social risks in working life and what assistance and services will be provided to the insured in the face of these risks.
Course Content
At the end of this course, students will: Learn general information about labor law. Construct employment contracts. Learn about termination and severance pay. Learn about collective bargaining agreements and unions. Learn about the social security system. Learn about insured individuals and voluntary insurance. Declaring insurance on their own. Learn about short-term and long-term insurance. Learn about insurance premiums and unemployment insurance. Learn about provisions regarding public officials. Learn about general health insurance.
