Course Objective

The aim is to teach the definition and history of educational games, the importance of games, the contribution of games to child development, the game environment, tools and equipment, teaching basic movements through games, the use of educational games in physical education classes, and the use of educational games in sports education.

Course Content

Definition, history, importance of play for children, effect on child development, play environment and equipment, teaching basic movements through play, play selection, games that develop coordination, games that include rhythmic activities, preparing play materials and playing.
